Printing From My Negatives.
In the dark room I have began experimenting printing from my images. First I began by using the enlargers to create test strips of my negative to test out and see the result of my works, and if I needed to change the time of the enlargers or the settings. From my test strips it showed that the image looked a bit grey so to improve this I changed the time on the enlarger to 6 and a half seconds and the magenta to 4.5. The next result was in my opinion much better than the previous result because the colour was a bit darker just like what I wanted, so I made my actual prints using these settings.
I processed the prints using chemicals which were; developer for 2 minutes, stop for 30 seconds, fix for 3 minutes and then the wash for 10 minutes.
After this process I was then able to take my prints out of the dark room to view them.
